Extended Warranties

IDP offers one of the industry’s strongest warranties.  Now, you are able to extend that warranty up to 5 years* for select products.   If you are not sure when your current warranty expires, please chat with our team.  By providing the serial number on your printer, we can determine when the warranty ends.

If your printer is in need of service but the warranty has expired, IDP or our authorized partners are still able to provide parts and service repairs on all of IDP’s printers still in the field.  Click here to find a local reseller.

Ready for an upgrade?  Has the warranty on your printer ended or have you outgrown your current printer’s capacity?  Trade-in your old printer for a new more efficient unit today!

  • Buy a new SMART-21 or SOLID-210 and receive a $25 credit
  • Buy a new SMART-31S or SOLID-310S and receive a $50 credit
  • Buy a new SMART-31D or SOLID-310D and receive a $75 credit
  • Buy a new SMART-51S or SOLID-510S and receive a $200 credit
  • Buy a new SMART-51D or SOLID-510D and receive a $300 credit
  • Buy a new SMART-51L or SOLID-510L and receive a $400 credit
Order your new printer from your favorite reseller and let them know you have a printer you would like to trade-in.  They will send you a Trade-In form to be included with the return of your old printer.  Once IDP has received your printer we will issue a credit to your reseller who will then honor this credit to you.
Program restrictions:  This program supersedes any previous promotion and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, SPIFF, or quantity-based pricing. Trade-in credit will be issued once the traded-in components have been received and approved by IDP and the new printer has shipped. Special quotes or bids may not be eligible for trade-in credit. The final determination of qualifying printers is at the sole discretion of IDP. Traded in’s must be received within 30 days of the purchase of the new printer. Promotion ends June 30, 2022.  IDP Standard Terms and Conditions apply. IDP reserves the right to modify the program with at anytime. IDP’s SOLID Casino / Open Card printers are excluded from this program. A maximum of three printers can be traded-in during the program period.
